Calculating the final resultTo calculate and write out the result file, select the menu option . The dialog window "Save result file as" appears in which file name and place for the result are asked. Usually, you can accept the name of the project, which is suggested as default.By the way: It is not allowed to overwrite one of the source files with the result because these are needed during the calculation. For the security of your files, AV Adjust points in such a case at the name conflict, and refuses the writing. Result file typesBefore you begin the calculation, check in particular also the entry file type. You have here the following choice:
Because the video track is not modified by AV Adjust, it is advantageous especially for extensive projects to write out only the new calculated soundtrack as Wave file. This saves not only considerably time and space, but can be even necessary, e.g. if you afterwards want to pass the video to a MPEG encoder which expects picture and sound as separate files. However, for short videoclips, like our tutorial, nothing speaks against the output as a complete video file. Choose therefore the file type "AVI file". A Click on starts the calculation, and after a short time the video with the adapted sound version is written as file "tut01-1.avi" to your hard disk. That's all! You have successfully finished your first AV Adjust project. On the following page you can look at our solution and compare it with your result. |
